The National Institutes of Health (NIH) seeks to lease the following space:
State: AZ
City: Phoenix
Delineated Area: North of Washington Street, South of Camelback Road, East of Central Avenue, West of 32nd Street.
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27,000
Space Type: Clinical
Parking Spaces (Total): 100
Full Term: up to 20 years
For further information, refer to the attached RLP and all exhibits. Clinical swing space is also required as described in Section 5.02 of the RLP.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). In accordance with and subject to the terms, requirements, and conditions of this RLP, NIH will evaluate all proposals received to select an Offeror as Potential Lessee and enter into lease negotiations. A Potential Lessee with whom NIH makes and enters into a written and legally binding lease agreement is hereinafter referred to as a “Lessee.” A Potential Lessee may not actually become a Lessee.

Lease Proposals must be submitted electronically to the National Institutes of Health, Office of Acquisitions, Real Estate Contracting Branch. ATTN: Eric C.
