The Government intends to negotiate a sole source commercial procurement with Living Works Education Inc (CAGE: 37JY6). These nonpersonal services will provide suicide intervention training. The goal of this training is to increase the of trained ASIST members in dealing with suicidal airman and family members by training professional and non-professional personnel as well as training new ASIST members. The course content includes theoretical and theological perspectives on suicide intervention skills training, prevention program elements and a comprehensive review of Air Force policy and statistics. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However interested parties may identify their interest and capability no later than 15 March 2023, 18:30 PM eastern standard time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
