The Regional Contracting Office-Marine Corps Installations West (RCO-MCIWEST) is seeking information from industry regarding lodging service (i.e., Hotels) in support of the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma AZ Air Show.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. THE RCO-MCIWEST WILL NOT BE COMMITTED TO CONTRACT FOR ANY SERVICE AS A RESULT OF THIS RFI NOTICE. INTERESTED VENDORS SHALL NOT ASSUME THAT A SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED BY THE RCO-MCIWEST AS A RESULT OF THIS RFI NOTICE.

Description of Requirement

The RCO-MCIWEST is seeking information to fulfill a lodging requirement in support of the MCAS Yuma AZ Air Show. The estimated number of rooms is sixty-six (66) with a number of nights ranging from two (2) nights to seven (7) nights per room. The anticipated date range is from 6-Mar-2023 to 15-Mar-2023.

The RCO-MCIWEST is trying to determine the availability of hotels registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and within a reasonable distance from MCAS Yuma AZ, that can provide lodging within the specifications stated above. If a solicitation is issued, it will contain more detailed information to allow vendors to prepare a quote. THIS IS ONLY AN RFI.

Response Guidelines

Interested vendors should respond to this RFI via e-mail with the requested information included in the body of the e-mail. Responses shall be sent to Master Sergeant Ariel Pena at ariel.pena@usmc.mil and to Sergeant Chase Fullerton at chase.fullerton@usmc.mil. The deadline to submit responses is November 23, 2023 at 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
