Description

The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase Child Car Seats for the Tucson Area Office Injury Prevention Office in Tucson, Arizona. This is not a brand name requirement. Only Manufacture certified original and new equipment should be quoted.



A firm fixed price award is anticipated. Best value will be determined by meeting required specifications and the lowest price technically acceptable to the government.



All items require neutral colors, no pink or blue.



This solicitation is set-aside for Native Owned small business. If TAIHS does not receive offer(s) that is reasonably priced, TAIHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order of first consideration to last consideration):

- 1st Tier - Certified Hub Zone small business

- 2nd Tier - Women Owned small business

- 3rd Tier - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.

- 4th Tier - Small Disadvantage Businesses

- 5th Tier - All Other Small Business Concerns.



Question(s) must be received by 5:00 PM EST on December 5, 2022. Answers to questions will be posted to the SAM.GOV website, as an Amendment to the Solicitation.



All Quotes will be due by December 16, 2022, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. All Contractors must submit quotes by the due date to include: Name of company, Address, Point of Contact, phone number, Unique Entity ID (UEI) number, and the pricing Schedule and information regarding products



This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.



In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19 memorandum “Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing” directing Federal agencies to adopt electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors. Invoices submitted under any award resulting from this solicitation will be required to utilize theInvoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission

and Processing of Payment Requests”



IPP is a secure, web-based electronic invoicing system provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRSTL). Respondents to this solicitation are encouraged to register an account with IPP if they have not already done so. If your organization is already registered to use IPP, you will not be required to reregister- however, we encourage you make sure your organization and designated IPP user accounts

are valid and up to date.
