This is a source sought notice. No solicitation is available at this time. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify potential sources capable of performing the following services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 Market Research and FAR Part 19 Small Business Programs. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, or a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. It is a market research tool to determine the availability of sources and method of procurement.

This is the initial step in the planning process for a non-personal services requirement to provide service repairs and preventive maintenance on the security gates at Luke AFB, AZ. The attached PWS provides details regarding the services required for this acquisition but is subject to change upon final release of the solicitation of this acquisition.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance , also the NAICS 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors will be considered. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary; the Government will not reimburse the cost of preparing or submitting a response to this notice. All sources capable of demonstrating the ability to meet the requirements of the attached PWS are invited to respond electronically. Responses shall include company name, address Unique Identity Number (UEI), CAGE code, point of contact with an email address and telephone number, and indicate business size (small business, small disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, HUBZone or 8(a). Information submitted will not be returned. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
