IFB: 2023-00000067 CERTIFIED WATER & WASTEWATER TESTING

INVITATION FOR BID

The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) for certified testing which is required by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality to permit the City’s Water and Wastewater facilities. Certified Testing is required for one year with the option of renewal for two additional one-year periods for certified testing to be performed for the City’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities.

All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “IFB, CERTIFIED WATER & WASTEWATER TESTING” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 2:00 PM, Arizona time on December 9, 2022.

A complete copy of this IFB, including specifications, instructions and any amendments may be obtained by going to the City of Bullhead City website at https://www.bullheadcity.com/bidinfo and clicking on the https://www.publicpurchase.com link to download the bid document. A copy may also be picked up during regular business hours at the City Hall front counter, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442. Brief procedural questions concerning this IFB can be directed to Shawnna Eze, Office Specialist II, 901 Richardo Ave., Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, (928) 763-0139 or by email at seze@bullheadcityaz.gov . Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Chad Hunter, Utilities Wastewater Manager, by email, at chunter@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than November 30, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
