Additional Information

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the project listed. This street improvement project will enhance the safety of the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad crossings at the intersection of 27th Avenue and Thomas Road. The project includes new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, ramps, and pavement restoration. In addition, work will include upgrading traffic signals and installing new cantilevers and railroad gate arms. This project follows the Federal Highway Administration Section 130 program to improve vehicular and pedestrian safety at railroad crossings.

Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically through the ProcurePHX online portal at: https://eprocurement.phoenix.gov/irj/portal .
Firms must submit Title 34 Design-Bid-Build bid responses in person at 200 W. Washington Street, 5th Floor.

NOTE: The City of Phoenix will NOT accept responses submitted after the Date and Time stated in the Solicitation, nor will the City of Phoenix accept responses submitted by fax or e-mail.
