The City of Phoenix Aviation Department invites sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified Offerors to supply airline common use paper for Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) and Common Use Self-Serve (CUSS) system, including boarding pass paper, standard bag tags, thermal paper rolls, and RFID bag tags for check-in counters, kiosks, and gates for airlines at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (Airport) on an as-needed basis.

Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation. The response must clearly identify the Company Name and Address, Solicitation Number, and the Bid Opening Date and Time.
