Summary

The intent of this Request for Qualifications is to award a contract for Construction Manager as
Constructor (CMc) for Community Housing Homebuilding Construction for Salt River & Lehi
Subdivisions as required for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC, or ‘the
Community’). Maximum duration between turnover of first home and last home shall not be
greater than two months.
