Summary
The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback and recommendations for the development and implementation of a Reach Out Initiative (ROI) Tracking Database for the Arizona Justice Criminal Commission (ACJC) to replace the existing system. The current system is a database program that is accessed via web applications. The current system replaces paper forms with electronic forms that are access via computers or tablets. The current system lacks the ability to extract, share, update information from the current Record Management Systems (RMS) such as the Jail Management System (JMS). |
