Summary
ADES is seeking information that assists in assessing the market interest and availability of an entity or entities to support the administration of WIOA Title I Grant funds at the direction of the NTN Chief Elected Official (CEO) and LWDB. The entity is titled “NTN Fiscal Agent'' and is limited to accounting and funds management functions assuming no Policy or Service delivery responsibilities. The NTN Fiscal Agent is designated by the CEO with only those functions clearly defined by the CEO. The CEO retains liability for any misuse of WIOA Title I funds.
