Summary
The intent of this Request for Qualifications is to award a contract for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for Community Housing Homebuilding Construction for Mesquite Trails (a select number of home within the existing Mesquite Trails neighborhood) as required for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC, or ‘the Community’. Maximum duration between turnover of first home and last home shall not be greater than two months. |
