Summary

Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for Pipelining and Drainage Services.

The Department has appropriated funding for FY 2023 maintenance budget for pipelining and has a special line item for drainage work throughout the state. All projects identified shall be completed by June 30, 2023.

Process

Pre-Offer Confrenece will be held Tuesday, November 15th, via Google Meets at 2:30 pm.

You are required to RSVP to Gary Henry at Ghenry@azdot.gov and Stacy Wiesner at Swiesner@azdot.gov. Include attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) for those that will be in attendance no later than Monday,  November 14, 2022 to receive a calendar invite for the Google meeting.

Site Visits are manditory and will be held Wednesday, November 16th through Friday, November 18th. A site visit schedule will be sent with the Pre-Offer Meeting invitation.
