Description

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center located at Hwy 264 N, Shiprock, NM 87420, has an upcoming requirement for purchase pulse oximeters. The medical supplies are needed to help patients monitor their oxygen and heart rate. The required delivery timeframe is 15 days A.R.O. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250.



The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00014 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 7, 2021. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, delivery lead-time, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. MST.
