Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreement

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center in Tsaile, Arizona, intends to negotiate three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) IAW FAR 13.303-2(c)(1) with Gallup Lumber & Supply Co., Inc, HHB Builders & Supply Co., Inc, JMT Inc, for the delivery of various and miscellaneous building materials, supplies, hardware, electrical supplies, painting supplies, HVAC supplies, lighting fixtures, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Tsaile Health Center Facility Management Department.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period from the date of award to December 31,2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 444110 – Home Centers with a small business size standard of $47.0 million.

No further awards will be made unless the needs for Tsaile Health Center changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Tsaile Health Center Facility Management Department. Responses to this notice shall be received no later 10:00 am MDT on Friday, February 16, 2024.

In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
