Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.







BACKGROUND:



The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Care Facility (IHHC) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver Universal Power Supply- APC Symmetra Series by Schneider Electric for Laboratory equipment in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(1) the Government has identified a specific brand name, and will only accept offers using the brand name; Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) – Brand Name is attached.





Contractor shall deliver the following equipment:






  1. SYA12k16PXR APC Symmetra LX 12kVA Scalable to 16 kVA N+1 Extended Run UPS - 1 Each

  2. SYAXR9B9 APC Symmetra LX Extended Run Tower w/9 SYBT9 208V - 1 Each

  3. SYPD3 APC Symmetra RM 208/240V Backplate Kit w/L6-20R & L6-30R - 1 Each

  4. SYAPD1 APC Symmetra LX Power Distribution Panel (1) L14-30 & (2) L5-20 - 1 Each

EVALUATION CRITERIA:



This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.

  2. Include warranty information.

  3. Specifications: Provide your product Specifications. Provide evidence that your offered product meets the attached Specifications.

(a) Definitions. As used in this clause –



Payment request means a bill, voucher, invoice, or request for contract financing payment with associated supporting documentation. The payment request must comply with the requirements identified in FAR 32.905(b), “Content of Invoices” and the applicable Payment clause included in this contract.



(b)Except as provided in paragraph (c) of this clause, the Contractor shall submit payment requests electronically using the Department of Treasury Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) or successor system. Information regarding IPP, including IPP Customer Support contact information, is available at www.ipp.gov or any successor site.



(c)The Contractor may submit payment requests using other than IPP only when the Contracting Officer authorizes alternate procedures in writing in accordance with HHS procedures.



(d)If alternate payment procedures are authorized, the Contractor shall include a copy of the Contracting Officer’s written authorization with each payment request.





The Contractor is required to submit invoices in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-4(g) uploading into www.ipp.gov .
