This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Luke Air Force Base intends to issue an award as a result of the upcoming solicitation, providing for traffic barricades to support the Luke AFB Airshow on 23 & 24 March 2024 IAW the attached SOW with an approved Traffic Plan from the City of Glendale that will be provided upon the posting of the solicitation. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 5 day of this notice.
*Please note, the traffic plan and statement of work are both subject to change after final approval.**
