The purpose of this Amendment is to:

A) Incorporate updated Performance Work Statement to include additional verbiage under section 1.1.7

B) Incorporate Questions and Answers Document

C) Incorporate Carpet Specifications Document

D) Update Combo/Sol document to incorporate Amendment 00001



The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to remove and replace all existing carpeting tiles in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
