This is a combined synoipsis/solicitation for Portable Toilet and Handwash Unit Rental for the Coconino National Forest. It is expected that the contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, needed to perform all work required which includes servicing.

This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services, as supplemented with the additional information in this notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation Number 127EAU23Q0051 and the solicitation is included in this notice as an attachment.

This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. If interested please review the solicitation in its entirety and return your complete offer no later than 1:00 PM MDT on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
