This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(i) The solicitation number is W50S6S23Q0004 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

(ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, Dated 16 March 2023.

(iii) This solicitation is Unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 721110 with a $40M size standard.

(iv) Refer to the attached Request for Quote for supplemental attachments for: List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance, and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.

(v) Any offeror/individual desiring to be considered for contract award must submit a quote with pricing and room availability utilizing Attachment 1 - Price List. Vendors shall also submit a completed Section 889 representation (Attachment 2), and Technical narrative - Refer to RFQ Evaluation Sub Factor 2 - Technical Capability.
