The 355 CONS requires Mobile Target Live Fire Training. This new contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) and will be Sole Source to Pratt & Miller Engineering & Fabrication, Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1. The intent of this training is to provide two (2), self-propelled targets able to register weapon impacts from .50 caliber ball and tracer rounds while unmanned and able to navigate unimproved dirt roads and must be capable of speeds up to 20 miles per hour. The training shall include advanced weapons training and terminal employment as well as factor threat analysis and mitigation as outlined by tactics, techniques, and procedures utilized by the Air Force Combat Search and Rescue.
