This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective 12/30/2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 12/30/2022.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 722320 Caterers with a small business size standard of $8M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is S203 Housekeeping: Food.

Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum.

Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date.

A pricing sheet is provided for convenience. Offerors may use the provided pricing sheet, or a company formatted quote.

Line Item 0001 Description: The Nevada National Guard requires Feeding Support during a five (5) day annual training event in Camp Navajo, Arizona. One (1) dinner meal from March 4 – 7, 2023 for 110 service members. One (1) breakfast meal each day from March 5 – 8, 2023 for 110 service members.

This totals 440 breakfast meals and 440 dinner meals during the 5-day training event.

Line Item 0002 Description: The Nevada National Guard requires Feeding Support during a ten (10) day annual training event in Camp Navajo, Arizona. One (1) dinner meal from March 11 – 19, 2023 for 122 service members. One (1) breakfast meal each day from March 12 – 20, 2023 for 122 service members.

This totals 1,098 breakfast meals and 1,098 dinner meals during the 10-day training event.
