The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Science Applications International Corporation for the procurement of the following items:

All labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management necessary to provide the following JAGR and accessories:

CLIN 0001- Joint All Domain Gateway Router(JAGR) System(1 Each)

CLIN 0002- JRE Software Enhancement Package(JSEP) (1 Each)

CLIN 0003- AN/PRC-161 BATS D-Link 16 Handeheld Radio - JAGR Kit (1 Each)

CLIN 0004- JRE Help Desk for one year(PoP starts date of delivery) (1 Each)

CLIN 0005- Cable Assembly, DAGR (1 Each)

CLIN 0006- Antenna, Tri-Band Dipole (1 Each)

This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. Science Applications International Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and has confirmed no authorized third-party distributors for this equipment. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
