Description

The Coronado National Forest, Safford Ranger District has a requirement for clean out of three earthen (dirt) stock tanks. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items for cleanout of these stock tanks.



The work to be completed will be to remove sediment from the dirt stock tanks without jeopardizing their integrity and to maintain or repair dams or spillways damaged due to increased sediment transport. Due to both natural sediment transport and other natural processes over many years, these stock tanks need sediment removal and dam repair to bring them back to their original water storage potential.



This project is located on the Safford Ranger District in Graham County, Arizona.



This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 562998- All Other Miscellaneour Waste Management Services- ($14.5M) Average Annual Receipts. All prospective contractorsmust be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission ofquotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.



Period of Performance for this requirement is 1 year (12 months) from date of award.



Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than 19 May 2023 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time.



To avoid rejection of an offer, the offeror must take every to ensure its electronic submission is virus-free. Quotes, or portions thereof, submitted with the presence of a virus or which are otherwise unreadablewill be treated as unreadable pursuant to FAR 15.207(c).





All questions shall be submitted no later than May 11, 2023 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
