This requirement is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b) - “Soliciting from a single source”. Fatigue Technology, Inc. is the original product manufacturer for the above listed cold working tools. Fatigue Technology Inc has identified a limited number of distributors as third party providers for this equipment; all equipment must be purchased through the OEM. This is a notice of intent to award a brand name procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. All tooling must meet requirements identified in Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) 1F-16-2854D; use of alternate tooling has not been approved and will deemed unacceptable at this time. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential offerors may submit a capability statement, to include an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s ability to provide these tools as described above.

All interested firms must respond to this notice no later than Wednesday, 12 Jul 2023, 7:00 AM PST. Responses shall be sent via email to Contracting Officer, Rachelle Jenkins at rachelle.jenkins.3@us.af.mil or by phone (520) 228-3598. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
