Kayenta Health Center - Tono-Pen AVIA Tonometer Starter Packs



The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center, located at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, Arizona 86033 has an upcoming requirement for Tono-Pen AVIA Tonometer Starter Packs with an expected delivery date within 45 days of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.



The Request for Quotations No. IHS1484470 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 18, 2024.
