The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) intends on procuring training for 15 Persons through a sole source solicitation to Sargent Aerospace & Defense (CAGE: 78062), who hold the proprietary rights to Hydraulic Control Valves and therefore are the only company who can provide this training. Period of Performance: There are two independent 4-day training courses. First class enrollment: 8 seats, 4/17/2023 to 4/20/2023 in Tucson, AZ.
