Portable Restroom Trailer Rental & Service in accordance with the attached solicitation and attached statement of work (all details are listed in these documents and should be reviewed). This request is for a 2-month base period with 4 option years, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. This is a 100% small business set-aside.

One Portable Restroom Trailer Rental w/ minimum two (2) each individual rooms with flushable toilets and sinks; minimum one (1) urinal

Services 1 x per week and shall include removal and disposal of all waste, removal and disposal of trash in and around the unit, cleaning of the unit inside and out, repairing any damage, refilling with chemicals, stocking of toilet paper, hand cleaner and other consumables where applicable
