The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract to the University of New Mexico dba Health Sciences Center (UEI G389MFAYJNG9) under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The University of New Mexico will be conducting monthly Extension for Community Health Outcome sessions to bring local providers and national experts virtually together for critical real-time, case-based, peer-to-peer clinical learning and tele-mentoring of public health surveillance, management, and epidemiology for the Navajo Area Office. The contract is for one (1) year plus a 1-year option period.

The NAICS code is 541611, with an associated small business size standard of $21.5 million.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
