The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract to Navajo Communications Co., Inc (UEI J7V4QPJMCFR5) under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The vendor will provide telecommunications support for existing voice and Ethernet services. The period of performance will be 12 months. The NAICS code is 517111, with an associated small business size standard of 1,500.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
