Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, located in/at U.S. Highway 191 and Chinle I.H.S. Road, Chinle, AZ 86503, is requesting for offers for contractor to provide Regulated Waste Collection and Disposal Services for our Hospital which is located in a rural Northeast corner of Arizona (Navajo Nation Reservation). Contractor is responsible to provide all labor, tools, and transportation for collection of infectious waste and disposal in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state and local laws, and regulations.



The anticipated period of performance is January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Please see attachments for RFQ, Statement of Work, pricing fee schedule, etc.
