Home Medical Equipment (HME) Services for the VA Southern Arizona Healthcare System. Please see below for the questions and answers.

Question 1: Can you provide the previous award amount?

Answer 1: The previous award amount was $1,046,750.00 for the VA Phoenix Healthcare System ( Base + 4 Option Years ). Please the following questions below for the name of the incumbent and the contract number.

Question 2: Can you please provide the incumbent?

Answer 2: The previous incumbent for Home Medical Equipment Services was AAA Mobility Specialist, LLC.
Question 3: What is the contract number?

Answer 3: The previous contract number for the AAA Mobility Specialist LLC is 36C26222D0022.
