This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is for services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.Â

SCHEDULE:Â
This is a Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside requirement. All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following:Â VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services order to provide monthly, annual maintenance services, and emergency repair service for all chillers and controls. The central plant is equipped with 3 centrifugal chillers rated at 1350 tons and 1 absorption chiller rated at 500 tons. These chillers serve as the primary sources of chilled water for hospital HVAC systems.

The Contractor must possess a Contractors State License for C-20 (HVAC) and C-10 (Electrical) work.
