This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2022-08. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00023Q00000011.

Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.gov (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to Revise the SOW adding the following and to add the Q&A's:

The Priority will be first to award to any hotel that can lodge all the anticipated personnel and is in per diem rate for the area, if no hotel can provide the first need then the second preference would be to award to any hotel that can provide Properties that are adjacent to each other (Same Lot) and also within the local per diem rate.

Shall be within a 40-mile radius of the Main Gate at Pinal Air Park, Marana, AZ;

Hotel shall offer a complimentary Breakfast.
