Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Arizona

City: Tucson



Delineated Area:

North: E. Ina Road

East: N. Campbell Avenue

South: E. Broadway Blvd

West: N. Silverbell Road



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 31,634

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 33,215

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Total): 35 spaces

Full Term: 20 Years

Firm Term: 10 Years

Additional Requirements:




  • Occupancy must be located within a modern office building.

  • Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc.

  • The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by gsa.gov



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year year flood plain.



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
