This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26224Q0061
The Department of Veterans Affairs Prescott Healthcare System has a purchase requirement for Pharmacy Refrigerators. The contractor shall furnish all supplies/services to VA Prescott Healthcare System location at 500 N. State Highway 89, Prescott, AZ 86313.
