BACKGROUND



The Whiteriver Indian Health Service Hospital requires a contracting action for the procurement of a Facilities & Maintenance Department telescopic boom lift (manlift).




  1. DELIVERABLES


    1. The contractor shall provide a JLG 460SJ telescopic boom lift with Skypower accessory package or equivalent. The lift shall include the following characteristics and options.


      1. Jib: 5’ Arm

      2. Fuel: Diesel

      3. Diesel Engine Type: 49HP

      4. Fuel Tank Capacity: 22 Gallon

      5. Platform Height: 40’

      6. Platform Capacity: 600lb unrestricted.

      7. Horizontal Outreach: 33.5’

      8. Swing: 360 Degrees Continuous

      9. Tires: 12x16.5 Foam Filled Lug Tread Tires

      10. Platform Rotator: 180 Degrees Hydraulic

      11. Platform Receptacle: 110V AC

      12. Engine Mount: Swing Out Tray

      13. Options: Skypower



    2. The contractor shall deliver the unit to Whiteriver Service Unit, 400 Apache Drive, Whiteriver, AZ 85941.
