This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



(1) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S23Q0006 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).



(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, Dated 16 March 2023



(3) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332999 with a 750-employee size std.



(4) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.



Amendment 0001 -



Applicable NAICS code and small business size standard has been revised as indicated above.



A site visit was held at 9:00 am Arizona time on 26 April 2023. No attendees were present.



RFQ attachment has been updated to reflect revised NAICS and size standard. Original RFQ is superseded.
