This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for the delivery and installation of a Secondary Crash Phone Network. The Contractor shall provide and install; (1ea) Ringdown Firebar Conference System (RFCS) or equivalent alert system, Cisco Router 4451 Based Chassis w/8 FXS Stations, Release 9 Software, (1ea) System Admin Display Laptop PC and provide user training on the installed equipment. All work is to be delivered within 60 days of contract award. This notice does not commit theGovernment to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 1 day of this notice.
