Architecture and Engineering Management system and software will be procured as a sole-source using BlueBeam software. PAIHS has evaluated various software options and determined that BLUEBEAM is the most suitable for their AECO business operations. BLUEBEAM is a powerful and versatile software package that can perform all necessary functions required by PAIHS, including creating, editing, and collaborating on digital construction drawings, documents, and project plans, marking up and annotating PDFs with customizable symbols, text, and measurements, managing and organizing construction project documents and folders, including version control and document comparison, creating and sharing customizable punch lists and inspection reports, tracking and managing construction project progress and schedules, and generating and sharing project reports and summaries. Additionally, BLUEBEAM can integrate with other construction software applications and platforms, such as Autodesk AutoCAD and BIM 360, which is important for PAIHS's operations. Staff is already well-versed in use of BLUEBEAM: PAIHS staff are already well-versed in the use of BLUEBEAM, which means that there would be no need for additional training costs. Moreover, this familiarity with BLUEBEAM would enable the staff to continue working on existing projects with minimal disruption.
