Solicitation number 140FC124R0028 is requesting SF330's, not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Project Name: AZ San Bernardino National Wildlife Refuge Watershed LiDAR and Survey.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a need for A&E Services to conduct a Watershed LiDAR and Survey at our San Bernardino NWR as per the attached Performance Work Statement and attachments. A site visit is highly recommended and encouraged. This announcement is set aside 100% Total Small Business solicitation with an associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541370 - Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Surveys. The small business size standard is 19.0 million. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract.

Interested prime firms having the capabilities to perform these services must submit in PDF format of a comprehensive SF330, which includes all sub-consultant's information by email to tom_ketcham@fws.gov . Be sure to include your plan on completing the tasks listed in the Performance Work Statement, including methodology of LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) collection in incised channels in the arid southwest and experience with cross-international border LiDAR collection with Mexico.

The SF330 can be found on google by typing GSA forms SF330. Also, you are to submit along with your SF330 application the Past Performance Questionnaire (attachment to announcement) to tom_ketcham@fws.gov . Facsimile transmissions of the SF330 or Past Performance Questionnaire will not be accepted. In block E of the SF330 provide resumes for all key team members, whether with the prime firm or a sub-contractor; list specific project experience for key team members; and indicate the team members role on each listed project (i.e. project manager, design engineer, etc).

If necessary, questions received will be answered through an Amendment to this Solicitation.
