1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
1.A. Project Title: Fresh Produce for VA Healthcare System Prescott, AZ
1.B. Project Location: Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System Prescott - AZ, 500 N. US Highway 89, Prescott, AZ 86313.
1.C. Solicitation Type -Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) -36C26224Q0207.
1.D. Set Aside: This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns IAW Public Law 109-461, 38 USC Section 8127.
1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 311991
1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 700 Employees
1.G. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price
1.H. Delivery Date: Delivery occurs as produce is ordered.
2. Key solicitation milestones are:
2.A. Submit any questions regarding this procurement via email to peter.burke@va.gov no later than 11 AM Friday, November 17, 2023. No questions will be answered after this date/time unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as determined by the Contracting Officer.
