Description

In response to Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) No. 127EAB18L0101 for approximately 45,000 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of developed land and related space for Forest Service air operations. The Government accepted the offer provide by the Town of Springerville, 418 East Main Street, Springerville, AZ 85938 to provide 45,000 RSF on a Parcel of developed land within boundaries of the municipal airport. The total contract price is $40,500.00 for a term of 36 months with 12 months firm. The annual lease space detailed cost are as follows:
