INVITATION TO BID

The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is issuing an Invitation to Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) and conducting a competitive process to retain a company to acquire and construct a 25’ x 35’ x 10’ Clear Span Pre-Engineered Metal Building for Ken Fovargue Park located at 2255 Trane Rd in Bullhead City, Arizona. project in Bullhead City, Arizona.

All submittals (one (1) original and four (4) copies) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “IFB #2023-00000086 PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING PROJECT 23-P-006” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 3:00 PM, Arizona time on March 15, 2023.

A complete copy of this IFB, including instructions and any amendments may be obtained by going to the City of Bullhead City website at https://www.bullheadcity.com/government/bid-information or at https://www.publicpurchase.com to download the bid document. A copy may also be picked up during regular business hours at the City Hall, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442.

Brief procedural questions concerning this IFB can be directed in writing to Susan Carroll, Administrative Analyst at scarroll@bullheadcityaz.gov. Questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing by email and received by Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov , no later than March 8, 2023 at 3:00 PM, Arizona Time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
