FOOD FOR FAMILIES FOOD BANK EXPANSION PROJECT 24-HS-001
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is issuing a Notice of Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “RFQ”) and conducting a competitive process to retain a firm to provide the City with architectural design and construction management services, including civil engineering and building and parking lot design for the FOOD FOR FAMILIES FOOD BANK EXPANSION PROJECT in Bullhead City, Arizona.
All submittals (one (1) original and four (4) copies) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “RFQ #2024-00000073 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES – FOOD FOR FAMILIES FOOD BANK EXPANSION and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 3:00 PM, Arizona time on December 7, 2023.
A complete copy of this RFQ, including instructions and any amendments may be obtained by going to the City of Bullhead City website at https://www.bullheadcity.com/government/bid-information or at https://www.publicpurchase.com to download the bid document. A copy may also be picked up during regular business hours at the City Hall, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442.
Brief procedural questions concerning this RFQ can be directed by email to Darlene Senio, Office Assistant, dsenio@bullheadcityaz.gov . Questions regarding the substance of this RFQ must be in writing by email and received by Jeff Tipton, Human Services Director at jtipton@bullheadcityaz.gov no later than November 28, 2023, at 3:00 PM, Arizona Time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the RFQ.
The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
