CITY-WIDE PAVING PROJECT NO. 2, 23-E-005

INVITATION FOR BID

The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) for the milling of existing asphalt and re-paving on four (4) roadways in Bullhead City, Arizona.

All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “IFB CITY-WIDE PAVING PROJECT NO. 2, PROJECT 23-E-005” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 9:00 am, Arizona time on April 12, 2023.

There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this project.

A complete copy of this IFB, including specifications, instructions and any amendments may be obtained by going to the City of Bullhead City website at https://www.bullheadcity.com/government/bid-information or at https://www.publicpurchase.com to download the bid document. A copy may also be picked up during regular business hours at the City Hall, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442 by contacting Susan Carroll, Administrative Analyst, by email at scarroll@bullheadcityaz.gov , by phone at (928) 763-9400 extension 8500, or by fax at (928) 763-0131.

Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, by email at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than April 5, 2023 at 3:00 PM, Arizona Time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
