Section 10 WRP Headworks Improvements | Project No.: 24-U-002

INVITATION FOR BID

The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) The improvements to be completed at the Section 10 WRP include the construction of a new headworks building which will contain Owner supplied precast influent channels, mechanical screens, conveyors and wash presses. The Contractor will be responsible for installation, testing and startup of the Owner supplied materials and equipment, as well as for furnishing and installing necessary materials and equipment to perform site excavation, installation of new yard piping, construction of concrete foundations, walls and floors, masonry block walls, a roof system, doors, hatches, grating, stairs, HVAC systems, odor control piping and treatment system, conduit for controls and electrical wiring, and electrical equipment. Work will involve connections to existing plant piping, protecting underground utilities, asphalt patching, replacing concrete curb and gutter and overall site restoration disturbed by construction and coordination with the Owner’s supervisory control and data acquisition programmer.

All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Section 10 WRP Headworks Improvements Project No.: 24-U-002” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 10:00 AM, Arizona time on August 16, 2023.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
