Section 10 Reuse Pump Station | Project No.: 23-U-005

INVITATION FOR BID

The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) for the improvements to be completed at the Section 10 WRP that include the rehabilitation of the existing effluent pump station, installation of new piping, electrical components, flow metering and controls and connection to an existing 12-inch reclaimed water line within the Section 10 WRP to provide two operational pumps utilizing the existing Motor Control Center and effluent pump control panel.

All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Section 10 Reuse Pump Station; Project 23-U-005” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 10:00 AM, Arizona time on May 31, 2023.

Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
