Lift Station 18-1 Wet Well Rehabilitation (REBID) | Project No.: 23-U-010

INVITATION FOR BID

The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) for the following improvements to be completed at Lift Station 18-1: the Rehabilitation of Lift Station 18-1’s wet well, miscellaneous improvements to the suction and discharge piping, the construction of a new sewer screening facility, and installation of new gravity sewer pipe and structures.

All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Lift Station 18-1 Wet Well Rehabilitation (REBID) Project No.: 23-U-010” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 2:00 PM, Arizona time on November 18, 2022.

A complete copy of this IFB, including specifications, instructions and any amendments may be obtained by going to the City of Bullhead City website at https://www.bullheadcity.com/government/bid-information or at https://www.publicpurchase.com to download the bid document. A copy may also be picked up during regular business hours at the City Hall, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442 by contacting Crystal Wilson, Administrative Analyst, by email at crwilson@bullheadcityaz.gov , by phone at (928) 763-9400 extension 8840, or by fax at (928) 763-0131.

Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Crystal Wilson, Administrative Analyst, by email at crwilson@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than 2:00 PM Arizona Time, November 10, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
