SCHEDULED AIR CARRIER SERVICES

RFP #490012

The City of Safford, Arizona (City) is soliciting sealed Proposals from airlines to provide scheduled air carrier service between Safford Regional Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport daily.

A complete copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available in digital format on the City's website. This will allow the City to inform you of any changes, addenda, and clarification that may be made.

All submittals will be evaluated based on criteria explicitly covered in the RFP documents and on compliance with the request. The firm must supply all information required by the RFP. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and minor irregularities in the submittals and select the firm deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City.

Interested firms are to deliver or send submittals of their Proposal by 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday, February 29, 2024 to the City Clerk's office at City Hall, 717 W. Main St., Safford, AZ 85546. The project title, RFP number, and firm's name and address shall appear on the outside of the sealed submittal.

Qualifications:
Submitting air carriers must possess an FAA Part 135 Operator Certificate, employ pilots rated in the aircraft used to travel the route, be properly insured as required in the Airport's Minimum Operating Standards (see https://flysafford.com/governing-documents -Article 4, Attachment A), and possess or lease aircraft capable of performing the proposed services.
